The main reason why the abovementioned foods are to be avoided at all costs is because they contain high levels of calcium and magnesium. Even though some of the foods above contain both levels of potassium and sodium, some of them also contain levels of magnesium and calcium. The latter will not create a favourable environment for the Y sperm to flourish in.
The following foods must be consumed daily in the baby boy diet:
1) SALT: You can add as much salt as you can consume.
