The sperm responsible for you having a girl baby carry the X chromosome. These sperm are slower in movement than the Y chromosome (Boy) and they require different techniques to be implemented if you want to ensure that they reach the egg successfully to have your desired result.
Start by Eating the Correct Foods
Your body requires the correct PH balance to ensure that the X sperm can reach the egg successfully, and for this you need to give them an environment that is acidic. This acidic environment is ideal and the foods recommended to create this environment include broccoli, apples, fish (as long as it does not contain mercury and is farm raised), and dairy products. Foods with a high calcium and magnesium level are good to create the perfect balance.
Choosing the Right Time
In order to have a girl baby you have to time intercourse two to three days before you ovulate. This will give the Y sperm the chance to actually die off as the Y sperm has a longer lifespan that the counterpart. Sperm can remain viable within your body for up to five days, and the X sperm always outlives the Y sperm. By the time the egg drops from the ovary, the only ones left for fertilization will more than likely be the sperm that carry the X chromosome.
Choosing the Perfect Position:
In order to give the X sperm the winning position, they must outlast the faster Y sperm and sexual positions that offer shallow penetration are ideal in this case. Positions such as missionary are perfect for this but any other position will work, especially if the man does not orgasm deep within the vagina, will work. The fact to remember here is to ensure the X sperm outlast the Y sperm before they reach their destination.
Other Factors to Consider.
It is also an ideal situation that if the woman orgasms before the male. Due to the secretions inside the vagina, once the woman has orgasm first, this creates PH in the vagina. Before a woman’s orgasm, the environment inside the vagina and around the cervix is acidic in nature, which is perfect for the sperm carrying the X chromosome. Once you do orgasm, the secretions change the PH to a more alkalai nature, and allow the Y sperm the chance to get through. So trying for a girl baby, it is best if the woman orgasms first before the male.

Even thought all these techniques can increase the likelihood of you conceiving your baby girl, there is no foolproof method and no guarantees that are 100% accurate.
