The intake of these foods has to be done in moderation, while still following a healthy, balanced diet for proper health. A high intake of sodium is never recommended. In order to conceive your baby girl, you should focus on foods that will boost acidity in your body. Foods rich in magnesium and calcium are highly recommended. A perfect example is broccoli which contains high levels of both calcium and magnesium. Some other foods you can eat regularly include grapefruit, apples, dairy products, fresh fish and leafy green veggies.
