Choosing the correct diet for a girl baby carefully, will enhance your chances to conceive your child of your dreams.
The foods to conceive a girl has to be applied with some other important techniques. For example, you need to consider the timing of intercourse, sexual positions as well as the depth of penetration.
Below you will find a list of some foods to eat to conceive a girl as well as some descriptions. Hope you find this useful and start your diet as soon as you have made the decision to conceive. Do not wait until you have already conceived.
The foods listed below are all acidic forming foods. They will create the correct vaginal environment for the girl sperm to thrive in.

Your Daily Fluid Intake: Allow 8-10 glasses of fluids per day as this is important for calcium absorption.
*Tea and Coffee: Only one cup of either is acceptable per day.
*Alcohol: 150 ml allowed, but only occasionally.
*Milk: 750ml is allowed per day, of which full cream, low fat or fat free milk. You can include yogurt and milk pudding.
*Eggs and cheese are allowed in small quantities, especially cottage cheese.
MEAT: A maximum of 130g per day is allowed and this will include Lamb, Pork, Beef, Chicken and Fish. (Ensure no salt is added)
BREAD AND PASTA: Bread must not contain any salt but pasta is permitted without restrictions.
RICE AND CEREALS: Allowed. Rice can be white or brown.
VEGETABLES: The maximum allowed quantity is 150g per day. Potatoes should only be consumed 3 times per week and tomatoes must be cooked!
NUTS: These must be unsalted. Walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts are allowed.
SWEET FOODS: 1 Dessert spoon of jam is allowed. Restrict sugar and honey as much as possible. Only 1 sweetener is allowed per day.
HERBS: Allspice, aniseed, bay leaves, cloves, chives, chilli, coriander, cumin, curry powder, garlic horseradish, juniper marjoram, parsley and thyme are all allowed.

NOTE: All vegetable oils, pepper, spices, mustard and homemade sauces without salt, are allowed.
Tips: Do not use a salt substitute. Everything must be cooked without salt. The onions, garlic, pepper and herbs can be used to improve the taste of your food.
